Summary: Everything was great! Wonderful location. Clean and comfortable. But the front desk is open from 8 am to 8 pm. There is a phone number for emergency contact, but sometimes it does not answer. Keep this in mind if your key card suddenly stops working after 8 pm. Just in case, check with the front desk for additional contacts.

Summary: I was there for just 1 night. The staff was friendly and the room was great!! The entrance could have been more distinctive and inviting but it seems to still be changing ownership and updating the outside .I would stay here again

Summary: This hotel was nice enough, but didn't have anything walkable to visit for meals or activities. If you're looking for a no-frills place to stay - perfect.

Summary: The stay was good. The place was a good deal for the price. Only minor drawback was that website said there was a breakfast included and when we checked in we were told it's only for the summer. Location was good as it was short drive to a lot of places

Summary: The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool was nice. But the property could use some updates. Our bathroom was gross. Stains on the bathroom door, a hole in the wall that was stuffed with toilet paper, flies/gnats in the room, and sand in the beds.

Summary: Room was clean. Toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom had one side ripped off wall. The front door strike plate was held on by 1 screw and hanging down and bent so it actually did nothing. Plate in microwave was missing for the turntable. Closet doors in downstairs bedroom were off the tracks. Ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom did not function. Had a key problem were we git back after 11 and lobby was closed. It was pouring rain and i had to call the AGM at midnight to come and make new keys for me and 4 kids and wife were on rain. Keys we're made but they didnt wirk so had to go back down in the rain to grt ones that finally worked.

Summary: It was pleasant stay at Avia Residences. They have nice staff members and the atmosphere is laid back. On the other hand they accept dogs and there were two not well trained. These two dogs were not people friendly.

Summary: Expedia advertised this property as a 4-star. I've stayed at 5, 4, 3 star properties, this was no better than a 2-star. I do a lot of business with Expedia, but future business is in doubt.. I'm requesting a refund for false advertising
